What you earn

Real commission, paid properly.

Listers choose what to offer: 0.25%, 0.5%, 0.75%, 1% of the sale price, or 10%, 25%, 50% of a month's rent. You get 80%; Genesis keeps 20% for tracking, verification and payouts. TDS under section 194H is deducted and certified.

Creator questions

Who can join?

Creators whose audience lives in a city we cover. We look at your profile, content and audience location; there's no minimum follower count.

How is a deal credited to me?

When someone clicks your link, we remember it for 60 days. If they enquire about that listing in that time, the enquiry is yours. If two creators share the same listing, the first link the buyer clicked wins.

When do I get paid?

After the lister reports the deal, Genesis confirms it and collects the commission from the lister. We then pay you by UPI and you see every step in your earnings page.

What are the rules?

Label every post #ad or #partner as ASCI requires, quote only the price on the listing, and never collect money or documents from buyers.
