Who can apply?

Agents registered with MahaRERA (or the RERA authority for the state the property is in). We verify your registration before approving.

What does it cost?

Listing is free. When a deal closes on a lead that came through Genesis Estate, Genesis's platform fee is 10% of your brokerage on that deal.

How do I report a deal?

Open the lead in your pipeline, tap “Report closed deal” and enter the final price and your brokerage. Genesis confirms it and sends a statement.

What if a creator brought the buyer?

If you offered creators a commission, it's collected with your statement and Genesis pays the creator. You only pay it on deals their link actually brought in.
